a month in the life...
Wow. that a whirwind month it has been since my past on 6-23 about Will's Gerbil.. Nut has been missed very much! 5 days after that post, we packed up the truck, took the dogs & the gerbil to my niece's in Flagstaff for 20 days...
We trekked out on a trip to Colorado for a 2 week vacation. We started off staying w. Jeff's parents, they live on a beautiful lake - We co-planned a birthday celebration for his parents (who are turning 60 this summer) with his sister. We also attended his 20 year HS reunion the following weekend... We had plans to visit alot of friends and family on our what seems to be now annual summer trip to Colorado.
The boys has a blast, waterskiinng (yes i did say waterskiing!) they rode the tube... fished on the boat and actually caught 14 fish between the two of them... AWESOME Memories for them and us. I managed to work part time in the morning and play vacation in the afternoons..
We reconnected with old friends, made some new-old friends.. a great time! We spent the last two days of our vacation@ Frank and Shay's which is so much like just being at our house... I can't say enough about how much these two mean to us!
There is so much more to tell about our vacation, pictures, mini movies, etc.. all in due time... It took us the whole week to recover once we got back. And we have been going full steam ahead w. work and life ever since!
Hank has start skating lessons for pre -hockey. Will is taking gymnastics... We started a new homebased business that we are excited about - Summer is going by fast and school starts in 2 weeks. hard to believe...
I will send out info in smaller chunks, i kept putting off my blogging as it was just to overwhelming as so so so much has happened :)...
